Tian You Shi ,Co-Chairman & Executive Director
Mr.Tian You Shi is not only the group co-founder but also the executive director, the board chariman and the director of FUJIAN BILLION POLYESTER-FIBRE TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD and FUJIAN BILLION HIGH-TECH MATERIALS INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD.
Mr Shih is the nomination committee and corporate governance committee of the board chairman and members of the board's remuneration committee. Mr.Shi has 23 years of experience on Polyester filament industry, mainly responsible for the group's overall business strategy, planning and business development. Before the foundtion of group in 2003, Mr.Shi worked as the General Manager of Fujian Yuhua Garments Company from March 1990 until April 2004, also was the Chairman of the board of directors of Fujian Baikai Textiles Industrial Co.,Ltd from May 2000 until October 2003. Mr Shi won elections in 2007 and 2007 and appointed as the ninth and the tenth CPPCC member of Fujian province of the People's Republic of China. In July 2002 was also appointed as a chamber of commerce and industry of fujian province chamber of commerce executive committee of the eighth executive committee. Other social responsibility including Fujian province chamber of commerce, vice President of the international chamber of commerce in China and President of Jnjiang charity federation honor forever. Studying in Beijing university now executive MBA programmes. Mr Shih in November 2010 joined our company.
Jin Biao Wu ,Executive President and Executive Director
Mr. Jin Biao Wu is not only the group co-founder but also the executive director, the board chariman and the director of FUJIAN BILLION POLYESTER-FIBRE TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD and FUJIAN BILLION HIGH-TECH MATERIALS INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD.
Mr.Wu is also the member of corporate goverrnance committee of the board. Mr.Wu has over 28 years experience of polyester fibre, mainly responsible for group general mangement. Before group foundation in 2003, Mr.Wu was co-founder and holder of BILLION INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD (BILLION HONGKONG), since 1996, who was also the dirctor of company. Mr.Wu worked as the General Manager of Fujian Yuhua Garments Company from may 1995 until April 2004, also was the executive president and executive director of Fujian Baikai Textiles Industrial Co.,Ltd from May 2000 until October 2003. Mr. Wu won the election and appointed as the 11th Jinjiang city people's political consultative conference committee of the standing committee of the People's Republic of China and Fujian province Quanzhou city people's political consultative conference committee. He in 2007 on February 26th was awarded as "advanced individual of textile industry in Fujian province". Wu also as honorary President of Jinjiang charity federation. He is now enrolled in by Qinghua Yangtze river delta research institute at Qinghua university MBA class President. Mr. Wu in November 2010 joined the company.
He Ping Yu ,Executive Director
Mr.Yu has over 36 years of experience in electrical energy and energy-saving industry, joined the board in Septermber 2012.
Mr.Yu since November 1997 joined the Hong Kong Rong’an Investment co., LTD., the sole shareholder of Chongqing Energy Conservation Industrial co., LTD (" energy conservation "in Chongqing), and since November 1997 to be the President of Chongqing energy saving in the successive the chairman of the board of directors. Mr.Wu works as the assistant of General Manager at China Energy Consernation And Environment Protection Group from April 2012 until now. Mr.Wu is to be the Executive Director of the board of CECEP COSTIN New Materials Group Limited since 25 April, 2012. From October 1977 to October 1977, Mr. Yu worked as technicians, engineers, the commander in a hydropower plant in wanxuab County, Sichuan province. From November October 1989 to March 1994, Mr.Yu was the Vice General Manager and General Manager of Power Company in Wanxian Area, Sichuan province. From March 1994 to June 2000, Mr.Yu was Vice Chairman, General Manager and Chairman of Chongqing Three Gorges Water Conservancy and Power GROUP LIMITED. Mr. Yu got diploma in industrial automation electrical engineering deparment of Chongqing University.
Mang Mang Xue ,Executive Director
Mr.Xue has over 9 years experience in resource management. In 17 September, 2012, he jointed the board. In January 2003, joined Hongkong Rongan Investment CO.,LTD, the sole shareholder of energy Chongqing Energy Conservation Industrial co., LTD (" energy conservation "in Chongqing), and worked as General Manager of Chongqing Energy Conservation Industrial Co.,Ltd. Mr. Xue is to be the Executive Director of the board of CECEP COSTIN New Materials Group Limited since 25 April, 2012, who graduated from Chongqing University in 2003 and got the master's degree in business administration.
